I cannot say enough good things about In-and-Out Tire! Finding help on a Sunday is hard enough, but these guys went above and beyond. They got me an incredible price on a used tire and had me back rolling on the road in under 20 minutes—which is absolutely unheard of in this industry. Thank God for their help when I needed it most. Salam to my brothers there, I appreciate you looking out for me. I hope you all have a blessed and successful day!

Took about 4 hours for them to come switch out my tire had 3 babies in the car he came once then left again for another 2 1/2 on top of waiting 2 just for him to come….he asked for 160$ just for a tire for my spare since i didnt have a rim…i told the guy no and he suddenly said 100$ was okay… owner was nice on the phone but if he sends his brother to come help, you’ll be sitting for a while.

Went there to get brand new tires put on 24in rims 2 of didn't have tires on them the other 2 did one of the rims was mangled on the back side and has 2 cracks in it now and won't hold air now and is saying they didn't damage it and was cause from a for the road there's pry bar marks right where it's cracked they have no clue what they're doing they had my rims for 6 hours and didn't have them done and kept telling me to come back when I showed up right before they closed still didn't have them done I asked for half my money back and my rims they didn't get done and they didn't have them and sent it to the other shop on El Dorado in and out they don't take accountability for any damages and failed to communicate and I'm now expecting to pay for all the damages do not recommend and if they say they can do big rims it's an absolute lie

In and Out Tire Shop - Decatur, IL Blew a tire and wasn’t ready to invest in a brand new one just yet. These guys had me in and out in under 10 minutes—and the tire they hooked me up with looks and drives like brand new, all at an unbeatable price. Fast, friendly, and affordable. If you need tire service, this is the place to go!

Mo and Joe provided exceptional service, especially notable on a Sunday. It's refreshing to find a local establishment that's willing to repair run-flat tires without instilling a sense of catastrophe and pushing for a full replacement or a new set. Their professionalism stands out, and Joe, in particular, exhibits outstanding courtesy, kindness, and respect. For anyone seeking reliable and honest tire services, this place is a top recommendation. Kudos to the team!
